Building Alternatives is primarily a materials supplier. We do all the design and engineering for your home and provide a materials package that includes about 95% of the materials for your home. Building the home involves a three way partnership between you, a general contractor, and Building Alternatives. We can provide you with a Quick Quote that includes not just an estimate of our cost, but also a good faith estiimate of what a general contractor would charge to build your home.
